Position Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for Uline's Merchandising and Purchasing departments.
- Plan and schedule regular department activities, meetings and events.
- Effectively on-board new employees.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to identify training needs and build employee training plans.
- Work closely with department trainers to ensure training sessions are effective and informative for new hires.
- Assist with college recruiting events and internship programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills a must.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
