Gundersen Health System is looking to add an Infrastructure Engineer Associate to our Network Services team.

What You'll Do:

Day to day you will be involved with ensuring technology domain capabilities (network, storage, etc.) are aligned and cost-effective with the long-term needs of the enterprise and technology architecture. Majority of your tasks will be involved with configuring, delivering, maintaining, and supporting Cisco Telephony service offerings. This position may require occasional extended hours beyond 8/day or 40/week.

What's Available:

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm

  • Location: Onsite at our Support Services Building in Onalaska, Wisconsin

  • Starting salary of $58,280 and up, based on your years of experience

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience and education

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connections

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Voice Gateways

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Analog Voice Circuits

  • Prior experience with Cisco UCCE, CPV, Cisco Emergency Responder, RedSky, and Cisco ISR Routers also a plus

  • Valid Driver's License (DL)
