Job Description


The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for the management and administration of Brennan's quality management system document library by conducting internal audits, managing Corrective Actions to resolve nonconformities, and continual improvement in our pursuit of organizational excellence.

Quality Management System Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the quality management system document library and act as the main resource for processing documents.
  • Manage and lead Corrective Actions to completion ensuring evidence of effectiveness on all mitigations.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify root cause findings using established quality methodologies.
  • Lead internal audits, analyze corporate processes, and communicate results through verbal and written reports to management to highlight areas of risk.
  • Assist with quality plans and document development, process analysis and development and improvement to meet overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and seek ways to continually improve the quality management system infrastructure.
  • Drive and implement tools, processes and corresponding documentation designed to focus on business improvement to enhance business value.
  • Acts as a quality resource to all levels of the organization to impact positive change and organizational excellence.
  • Ensure organizational expectations, standards, and safety regulations are observed and document and escalate as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Quality Management System Qualifications:

  • Two to four years' experience in quality management, project management, process improvement and/or management systems.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Understanding of Quality Management, ISO standards (9001, 14001,45001), and continual improvement methodology (e.i. lean six sigma, value stream mapping, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven experience with the development, improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes.
  • Process documentation experience (whitepapers, work instructions, training materials) with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter, highly organized, and creative.
  • Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length and deliver on deadlines.
