CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Product Management - Director to join our Digital Team.

The Product Management - Director for CLA supports projects directly impacting our digital team and their business processes. They manage all phases of specific projects and work closely with Executive and Service Line leadership to provide project updates and ensure goals are being met. They work with vendors and leadership on contracts and licensing for business applications. They manage and coach the business analyst and product owners involved in major product development and project request analysis.

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate with MPI's and Growth Team to define Digital Product opportunities by industry.
  • Facilitate client requirements gathering sessions leveraging Design Thinking methodology - determining value proposition of solution, and specific needs.
  • Define Product roadmaps including, financial business case and development strategy, resource plan etc. Gain approval for launching product development.
  • Work with Growth and Marketing to define a go-to-market strategy
  • Program manage software team to develop product to the define roadmap
  • Coordinate earlier adopter testing and feedback.
  • Create ongoing support and product management model.

Requirements

Experience

*7 years of overall Accounting or IT experience working with Assurance, Tax or Outsourcing software applications

Education

*Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Information Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
