As a Lead Banker, you will greet customers and actively engage in conversation with them to understand their banking needs and to recommend appropriate products and services. Through your knowledge of Think's products and services, you will be empowered to help our customers make informed decisions about their financial needs by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and assisting with opening and maintenance of accounts.

You will serve as a resource and leader for the Teller/Banker team to resolve more complex customer issues, assist in having effective customer conversations, and participate in the training and mentoring of new Tellers and Bankers.

Additional responsibilities and duties of a Lead Banker include:

• Coordinating the Teller schedule
• Support and provide guidance to Teller staff on effective customer interactions and conversations
• Assist with resolving customer issues related to Teller transactions
• Coordinating audit functions and making sure your branch is in compliance
• Acting as a mentor and participating in training of new staff members
• Open new accounts for customers and assist with updating maintenance of existing accounts

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of banking experience
