Position Overview

Salaried/Exempt position with programmatic leadership responsibility for a designated dorm of students. General duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive programming across grade levels or cohorts in areas such as literacy, social-emotional learning, college access, service learning, and other relevant topics.
  • Collaborating with academic teachers to integrate programmatic initiatives into the overall curriculum and student experience.
  • Creating engaging and interactive activities, workshops, and events to support student development in targeted areas.
  • Establishing partnerships with external organizations, experts, and resources to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness to ensure alignment with student needs and goals.
  • Providing training and support to RAs and other staff members to facilitate their role in program implementation and supervision.
  • Cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement in program activities.
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress and participation in program initiatives, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with student families to promote involvement and support in programmatic efforts and initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required for this position.
