Job Description

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Intern

Primary Location: Hopewell, VA

Schedule: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri

Reports To: Plant Manager

Compensation: $22-29 per hour

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About This Role and About You

You will work with Maintenance Team to learn more about our process and the upkeep of equipment in a water chemical production facility.

Steel Toe safety shoes required. Hard hat and Safety glasses provided.

Responsibilities:

- Work outside and in expose weather to perform maintenance tasks

- Upkeep of equipment

- Support Maintenance Team

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a maintenance or engineering program.

Physical Requirement:

    constantly move around a large facility
  • able to work at a computer
  • ability to lift 20 lbs
  • ability to work outside
